NeedStuffMoved.com provides junk removal, final-mile delivery, property cleanouts, and related services throughout Arizona. By booking a service, you agree to allow our team to access your property or designated pickup/drop-off location and perform the requested work.

• All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our operational scope.

2. 💳 Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are based on load size, distance, urgency, and access conditions.

• Final pricing may vary if additional labor, time, or materials are required.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments. Business accounts may request invoicing.

3. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and subject to availability.

• No-shows or inaccessible locations may result in partial or full charges.

4. 📦 Item Handling & Liability

• We handle items with care, but are not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly packed goods.

• Customers must disclose fragile, hazardous, or oversized items in advance.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage due to inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

5. 🛠️ Equipment & Access

• Customers must ensure safe and legal access to pickup/drop-off locations.

• We may use dollies, ramps, or other equipment to complete the job efficiently.

• Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, or restricted access zones.

7. 📍 Service Area Limitations

We operate primarily within the Phoenix metro and surrounding Arizona cities. Requests outside our standard service area may require additional fees or third-party coordination.
